Michel RegorsekFounder and CEO
Michel Regorsek is an engineer and holds a master’s degree in real estate from the University of Zurich. He has more than twenty five years five experience in real estate. He worked for 15 years in the Bouygues Group in the construction sector and also in property management as COO of MIBAG Property Managers. He also has several years of experience in portfolio asset management and real estate funds, particularly at Swiss Finance Property. He currently manages several real estate asset management and consulting companies in the field of construction and real estate.

We are shareholders in several of the structures listed below. Our partners work with us on our projects in a confidential and professional approach.
Advisory / Broker / Operating
We are shareholders in partner structures with which we work on specific projects, such as consultancy and project analysis in the early stages, in order to define feasibility in financial and technical terms.
Project and Construction management
We work with partners for the design, architecture and construction management. We can manage projects throughout Switzerland. We work to Swiss SIA standards and find the best model for each project. Our flexibility and rigour enable us to deliver projects with total control over costs, quality and deadlines.
Asset / Portfolio management
Asset management services are provided in-house. However, for certain club deal projects, we can work with partners who can also provide part of the financing. Our network of family offices and private investors enables us to structure portfolios or real estate projects.
